At what point is E too high?

My endocrinologist is switching me from 5mg cypionate every 7 days to 10mg cypionate every 7 days. My last levels were E at 239 pg/mL and T at 6.2 ng/dL at nadir. I don't have updated shbg labs at the moment but last time I had labs for shbg it was 116 nmol/L. The 10mg regimen would potentially put my E at around the 500 pg/mL range nadir and close to 700 at crest.

Post orchiectomy and at 2.5 years of HRT with little to no actual response to treatment. My endo's current theory is that because I'm a redhead, I need a higher amount of E than most people.

Also currently awaiting talking to a genetic counselor about my DNA test results but that is taking a while and while there is stuff that looks concerning to me, I have no clue if it is clinically significant or not. My biggest concern at the moment is if I go too high, I'll still have no results from hrt plus any potential negatives from having my E be too high.

We need a Hon Verification System for this sub

I'm sick of seeing bdd passoids complaining about not passing while actively passing in their day to day lives. If you aren't verified as a hon then you're not allowed to complain. Or at the very least, some form of mandatory user flair needs to be applied to those found to be lying about being a hon. That way we automatically know if you're just an attention seeking dickbag.

How much time is required to go by until I'm officially allowed to give up

I simply cannot do this anymore but i still get the feeling that enough time hasn't passed for me to be allowed to call it quits. I understand that my suffering is punishment for being born as a grotesque monster and I'm just so tired of this shit, but idk if it's okay to give up yet

I mean the title basically says it all. My therapist (afab) agreed that they'd be uncomfortable seeing me in the women's restroom or any women's facilities. Idk I probably should've just repped until the eventual roping.

I know this is a dumb question but this post is more just out of curiosity than anything at this point. I tried progesterone in the past for a bit and it didn't cause any changes but I was on oral pills at the time. I've since changed to injections and decided to try progesterone again to see if maybe something will be different.

Since starting I've noticed the sleepy/drunk feeling people talk about and I didn't experience it last time. I don't expect to see any changes this time, as I'm 2.5 years into hormones without changes and progesterone isn't gonna miraculously change that but I'm interested in what actually causes that feeling.
