Can anyone recommend a bedspace or budget accommodation near Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa City?

We’ll be staying for 3 nights (September 2–5) and I’m looking for:
• 2 separate rooms, with 1 bed each
• Preferably within 30 minutes of Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club
• Air-conditioning
• Wi-Fi
• Safe and reasonably priced
