Store Manager

What's everyone's SM like? Mine likes to walk the floor holding a cup of coffee and talk to people - only select people. I've been there for 2 years, and he doesn't even know my name. Sometimes he'll try to guess and he fumbles. Never once has he asked me what my name is. Sometimes he'll look for my badge, but if it's blocked by my cart or if it's turned in, which is usually the case, he'll just guess. I'm not saying he doesn't work, but I think a SM should not be cliquish. If he sees us struggling with a customer, he just walks away, drinking his coffee...lol!

Bullying

We have a TL who bullies one employee. She calls her names, screams at her. It has been escalated to the Coach, People Lead and Store Manager and they all dismiss her saying she's just doing her job. There was even a meeting between all involved and WMT lied to cover their asses. Without going into much detail, I think she's on some sort of disability, I'm not sure. I don't know if the MM has been involved, but I heard that the SM can shut something done before it makes it to the MM. Is that true? I am so tired of seeing her cry and feel like I need to do something. I suggested to her to keep a log and contact the EEOC last year, but I don't think she understands. I don't think Ethics would do anything without a lot of documentation. I think calling an employee stupid and making her cry would be grounds for termination - Walmart sees it as her doing her job.
