31yo male here.I started getting a kind of uncomfortable feeling in the head of my penis about a week or 2 ago. It doesn't like hurt, it doesn't itch, just uncomfortable. It looks inflamed around the bottom of the head. I do notice I also have to pee a lot more often lately whether it's waking up to pee or throughout the day. I had something similar happen a year ago and they said I had a UTI from Streptococcus mitis. It cleared up with meds. Last time they did a full std screening on me and I was negative for everything. I have been in a relationship for 3 years and neither of us would cheat. Even though I know that the first thing my mind goes to right away is STD because of the area and it makes me freak out. Any ideas?
