Not sure how this whole reddit thing works so I apologize if I don’t explain well - I came across someone getting rid of their calico cat (female) and I figured why not get her, with a proper introduction to my cat (male) everything would be okay. They are the same age - around five. She wasn’t very happy last night, the cats accidentally met but I redirected and separated them. Here’s what happened this morning: I wake up (she’s in my room) and she was a cuddle bug all night and this morning she initiated cuddles, literally within a second of purring and cuddling she attacked my arm. Like she was scared? I told my sister and she came into my room, same thing happened, just petting her which she initiates and then boom - cat nail is hooked in my sisters skin. I don’t know what to do here - I don’t have a lot of money nor is this something I know how to handle, what is happening reddit please help me out?
