Im honestly not sure if this is the right place for this question but i might as well try!

Ive used manifestation many times and i prefer writing it down in usually a letter type format and then forgetting about it. Recently i was chatting with a friend about how this is my favorite/see the best results method and she said that she does the same but burns the letters after she writes them.

So my question is would that actually make a difference in the efficiency or is that "bad advice" for lack of better terms.
