The inspector I hired is “internachi certified” and also a “certified master inspector”

Minor defects were found.

A lot of the report says he couldn’t access a lot of the components or out of the scope of a home inspection or Internachi SOP.

He tested the hvac and temp seems to check out ok

What’s everyone’s thoughts

New build inspection

In escrow,

My home inspection for the new build found these deficiencies only. Of note, my roof has barrel tile. The inspector did not walk on the roof. There was also no plumbing inspections. If these are the only defects, was it pretty good for a new build?
