Hi all,

I called about moving my flight forward one day from Orlando back to the uk to give me an extra day and was quoted in the £300’s I said let me think about it, called back and was quoted in the £500’s 5 minutes later, then the agent told me I could try calling back again if I wanted - so I did then it went up to the £700’s they were incredibly rude on the phone and it’s clear that they just put it up every time you call back. They said it was due to ‘demand’ how much demand can there be in 5 minutes?

Any advice as I was getting no where on the phone? The flight is less than 3 weeks ago so not sure how much a complaint will help in that time.
