Has anybody encountered the issue where , when you try to do an online delivery through Cargills in Kandy it automatically comes up " sorry no stores available for this location " even if you put Kandy town from the drop down menu selection?

What are the available options and the best option to head to Colombo from Kandy, like are normal non ac buses, ac buses, and if available highway buses available in that route specifically to head to Colombo or Kiribathgoda area?
