






Door dash not honoring referrals is insane
I am currently experiencing a similar situation and would greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance. I registered using a referral code from Washington, D.C., while I was in Charlotte. I successfully received the referral bonus for my initial 25 rides, which included using a ride tracker. However, when it came time to complete the 300 rides for a $1,000 reward for both myself and the referrer, totaling $2,000, I was extremely concerned because my ride tracker did not appear. During this period, I communicated with several agents, all of whom assured me that everything was in order.
After completing the task, I did not receive the promised payment. Despite having spoken with numerous agents who assured me of the payment, I was informed after completion that I was never referred, despite clear evidence to the contrary, including email screenshots, agent text messages, and the first 25 rides/100$ bonus that was processed without any issues. Now, when it is time to receive the significant reward, they claim that I was not referred.
Like many others, I am expecting a baby soon and have worked diligently to achieve this goal. I am seeking any guidance or support you can offer to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
