Short backstory: At the end of February, payroll confirmed my manager hadn’t “ticked the box” which would prompt them to pay the accrued AL, manager did this first week of March, payroll confirmed I’d be paid March payroll, 2 days before payday payroll then email again and state payment can’t be made as they need my manager to show her calculations on the hours accrued, manager did this and on 8th April payroll confirmed the calculations were correct and payment would be made April payday.
It’s now April payday and I still haven’t received payment. Are there any further steps I can take to ensure I’m paid asap and I don’t now have to wait for May payday? I’m currently unemployed whilst looking for part time work so money is extremely tight and I was relying on that money due to their confirmation.
