I’m leveling up with fishing, bird watching and insect catching no problem… but it’s taking me FOREVER to level up cooking and gardening. I can only have 12 planters so I can’t do more gardening than that and the only foods I can make are jams, grilled mushrooms, and fish and chips. Everything I’ve read says to swap out ingredients but I’m only limited to the fruit trees and what I can buy from Massimo directly. How the heck do you level up quickly?!?!?

I just downloaded this game yesterday and I’ve been nonstop playing. I’ve been running around the map like crazy searching for wild greens only to realize (much later than I’d like to admit😅) that they’re a special event item and I missed out. UGH
