I'm starting soon at an Amazon fulfillment center, and I am looking to use my shoe credit, but I'm trying to understand how it works. Can I only order shoes listed here or is it any shoe so long as it says "This item has been approved by your employer?" I was specifically looking at these.

Edit: It mostly matters to me because the Avenger Work Boots are fully covered by the subsidy, and I'm not really flush with cash while waiting to be employed again.
