Level 11 and up

So everytime I go bug hunting i use the heartodex online, we'll I just reached level 10 and was wondering what the level 11 bugs are. I look on heartodex and find it only goes up to level 10. I looked everywhere else and I couldnt find any info on the level 11 bugs. I also noticed that after level 10 u have to use there yellow ticked things ive never seen before. Anyway im kinda just looking for an explanation. Do level 11 and up bugs and fish ever exist?

Stupid ice elf achievement

I CANNOT for the life of me get a score of 7300 let alone get the whole achievement. I am starting to think it is literally impossible. Does anyone have any tips on this that does indeed have the achievement
