Curious if anyone has intel on what’s going on with a possible Soho House Venice Beach project. I saw an opening for a Director overseeing concept execution and operational readiness across Sonoma, Palm Springs and Venice Beach projects, which definitely makes it sound active.

With NeueHouse having closed, wondering if that’s potentially the kind of adaptive reuse space they’d be looking at for Venice / a new LA concept? Or is there another rumored site people are hearing about…
