Need advice: Kia Sportage FWD 2022/2023 vs Oshan X7 FutureSense 2022/2023
My budget is around 7.5 million PKR and I’ve narrowed it down to these two options.
My priorities are:
Fuel average
Reliability and long-term ownership
Maintenance and spare parts costs
Resale value
Comfort on highways and occasional trips to rural/remote areas in Punjab
Current car is a 2015 Honda City Prosmatec, so either option would be a significant upgrade.
I drive around 350–400 km per week, so fuel economy is an important factor. I also occasionally travel to areas with rough roads, which is why I’m looking at crossovers/SUVs rather than another sedan.
For owners who have lived with either of these vehicles for a year or more:
What fuel average are you actually getting in city and highway driving?
Any reliability issues or expensive repairs?
How much are routine services and consumables (brake pads, tyres, etc.) costing you?
If you were buying again today with a 7.5 million budget, would you choose the same vehicle?
