A sincere thank you to the crew and passengers of UA178 on Sunday May 31. My son had a medical emergency, and the flight attendants jumped into action to help him, along with a few other passenger with medical training.

Thank you to whoever made the call to land the plane in this emergency. We have received an unfortunate diagnosis, but hopefully the quick thinking of the crew, other passengers, pilots, and whoever else was working behind the scenes will result in a recovery.

I apologize for any inconvenience due to the delay.

Thank you, again, for helping us get to a hospital so quickly.
