I am currently on a mission to get PSA 10s in my favorite Fleer Pro-Visions cards. I call them the downtowns of the 90s. Rules are that I can’t buy them graded. So far I’ve pulled Jordan, Johnson, and B. Sanders out of packs. Purchased the rest via eBay. Notoriously tough to Gem.
