GC with mental health and dismissed charges

I’m looking for honest but kind opinions from people who may know about immigration, mental health, or criminal law.
I’m a Canadian married to an American farmer, currently going through the green card process. Over the past year, I experienced a severe mental health episode that resulted in criminal charges involving property damage. The charges were dismissed, but I still carry a lot of fear and shame about how this could affect my future in the U.S. and my immigration case.
Since then, I’ve been taking my recovery seriously. I’m working with an immigration lawyer, attending counselling, taking prescribed medication, and doing everything I can to stay healthy and stable. I’m also pregnant with our baby, which has made me even more motivated to build a calm, healthy life moving forward.
I know nobody here can predict USCIS decisions, but I’m wondering if anyone has been through something similar, or has insight into how immigration officers tend to look at cases involving past mental health crises and dismissed charges.
Please be kind. I already spend a lot of time worrying about this and I’m genuinely trying to move forward responsibly and honestly.

It keeps saying ‘system busy’ on my end. I know that means there’s no appointments available but just wondering if anyone’s had any luck. I am rescheduling an interview as I had to miss my initial scheduled one :(
