Hi, has anyone had experience challenging the WFH model in the CS? Where I work, some staff can work from home 4 days a week, others 1 others 2. Doesn't seem fair and we all work under the same department, although different roles. Has anyone challenged the WFH model within their department? Understand that can't have it all own way, but doesn't seem fair , also the PO are never in, and the AP the same, but they want some staff to come in, even if they are alone (no other team members around). Is there a case to made for workplace harmony re above ? It appears it depends on the AP!
