I am looking to get an under sink RO system, however we don't like having the extra faucet on our countertop. We had a water softener installed and the asked the technician about their RO options and they mentioned that they would be able to connect the RO system to the fridge line underneath our sink. We have been looking at the Waterdrop X12 system and the Cloud RO system. We are wondering if either of those systems can function without the provided faucet and if anyone has any experience with any of these systems or companies and can provide feedback. Thank you!
