Pinealon protocol, 10/20?

What do you guys think, what would be the ideal Pinealon protocol?

I am about to start Epitalon following the typical 10/20 setup (10 days on, 20 days off at 100–500mcg/day), and I was wondering if Pinealon can or should be run using that exact same structure.

Since both are bioregulators (and Khavinson peptides), I’m curious if cycling it 10 days on / 20 days off at a similar dosage range makes sense, or if a longer/different protocol is typically preferred for Pinealon's cognitive and neuroprotective effects.

Appreciate any insight!

Appreciate any insight!

How Semax & Selank completely turned my ADHD symptoms around (and an unexpected 14-point IQ jump)

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share how Semax and Selank have genuinely changed my life. For years, I’ve struggled with heavy ADHD-like symptoms: chronic procrastination, forgetfulness, brain fog, emotional dysregulation, and terrible attention span. I tried practically every standard medication to try and "fix" it. At best, I'd get a short-term, subtle benefit that faded after about two weeks, leaving me with more side effects than when I started.

Out of frustration, I decided to order Semax and Selank. I first tried SubQ injections, and while I felt *something*, it wasn't nearly as effective as when I switched to intranasal administration.

For anyone trying this, the technique is everything. I lie down with my head over the edge of the bed, chin pointing to the ceiling. I administer the spray and let it absorb without snorting for 30–60 seconds. (Pro-tip: breathe strictly through your mouth during this so the liquid doesn’t immediately run down your throat).

The effects have been incredible. It feels like my background distractibility has just vanished. I can lock in and focus even when my phone and other distractions are right next to me. For the first time in my life, I feel mentally grounded and exactly where I need to be. The "time blindness" and constant forgetfulness are entirely gone.

Honestly, I feel and perform at a much higher cognitive level. To put it in perspective, I retook an IQ test recently—my baseline from a previous test was 133, and I scored a 147. I know that sounds unbelievable or like an exaggeration, but that's exactly how it played out for me.

My memory is sharp, I'm fully present, and my focus shot up from a 3/10 to a solid 8 or 9/10. No more dissociating or getting lost in time.

I’m sharing this because I know how hopeless it feels to cycle through meds that don't work. If you're struggling with similar issues, I hope this gives you some hope. Feel free to ask any questions—I'll try to answer all of them!
