Experienced this message in service mode. Tried many things like power off, reboot but no luck. Service technician was also seeing it for the first time. Battery connect/disconnect didn’t help. Agreed on the factory reset and it helped. Inconvenient as trip data is lost and probably some little things potentially too but for now fixed. Hope will be helpful for people who may experience the same and find this post.
