After a crazy long and slow day, I had a 6 top sat with only 2 people for the first HOUR. This lady orders pretzel bites and requests no butter or anything on it. The pretzels come out as she requests and she says “yeah this isn’t gonna work I said no oil.” I said “yeah there’s nothing on it they were fried so it’s just the cooking oil.” “Well i said i wanted nothing on it!” “Right but you didn’t say you didn’t want them fried you said you wanted nothing on it which is how they came but okay I’ll get them taken off.” “Yeah tell them to just forget about!” *30 mins later the rest of the people arrive* she proceeds to order popcorn chicken and steak fries…. I said “those are fried, so there’s gonna be oil on it….” “Oh that’s okay!” THE WAY I WANTED TO WRING HER NECK omg
Side note: there was another lady in her group that ordered Mac and cheese and then when she got her food refused to eat until i found out if it had garlic in it and i was thinking oh gosh did she have an allergy she didn’t tell me about. I came back and told her it did and asked if it was an allergy and she said “no is just gives me heartburn”
