Carrier recommendations for a big baby

I’m looking for recommendations for both a carrier and a ring sling for my almost 4 month old. He’s a big boy (already 20lbs), but absolutely loves being held / carried. I’ve read previous similar posts so I have a starting point on what people recommend but some more input would be helpful!

We currently have the Ergo Omni carrier. It’s still working for us for now, but it’s not super comfortable for me as he gets bigger and from reading, it seems like having a back carry option would be good for us. Also it’s not great for around the house, whereas it sounds like if I get the hang of a ring sling that will be good for just popping him in and out around the house for short periods?

I want to invest in one of each type now that will see us through for a long time.

On ring slings for a big baby, I didn’t see any clear recommendations - does brand matter much here, or is just any solid ring sling a good choice?

For the carrier, I saw both Oscha Cairis and Bairn recommend, but wasn’t sure whatd be better for us and also if we should be going straight to the toddler size or not.

I also saw lenny lamb recommended, but wasn’t sure what carrier would be best for our situation.

Also open to any and all recs! But just wanted to give context on where I’d already got up to from reading old posts.

Edit to add: he’s already got pretty good head control, and he loves being able to freely look around when we’re walking, and gets frustrated if he can’t, but also regularly naps in the carrier. He seems to be less happy though with the Ergo recently and it seems to be that it’s not always easy for him to get a good look at things, although maybe he’s not comfy - he’s very active and curious and taking a lot in, but I understand that with his size and age world facing is a limited time option for us.
