Location: Idaho

Long story short, I was rear ended from a Honda going less than 20mph. I was at a complete spot and he rear ended me. There was no scratch or dent on either cars (my car is red). I’m not going to claim anything on the car but I did feel a shock on my back and still feel sore from my lower back. He did claim at fault to me but the police didn’t do a report at all, just a claim number because it was so minor😫

**I’m going to see a physician right away in the morning but do I go through my personal work insurance or through his insurance before I go? I was planning on asking him for a cash “pay out” of $300 (I know..) because I don’t want my insurance to go up because I basically don’t have any proof that he was at fault with just photos..**
