So I’ve started looking into doing this Camino doing the central Portugal route. I will be in Copenhagen from July 13-July 18 and then was thinking of going over to Porto to do the Camino starting July 19th ish.
But by reading this communities posts I saw that there is the Feast of St. James on July 25th.
Is the feast worth a shorter trip?
I could go from Porto to Santiago and arrive after the feast.
Or I could start in Tui or Valencia and do a 6 day walk to arrive in time for the feast.
What do people think is best or more worth if for the experience?
