I purchased an IPhone earlier today through Shopee after 12AM. I used my BPI credit card and chose the 24 months installment. I have a madness limit so I'm thinking it will be consumed first.

I immediately checked it right after I checked out and indeed it uses my madness limit.

However, hours passed around 5AM, I checked my balance again and this time the madness limit was reversed and my main credit line got deducted.

What's the final payment type used? Is it the madness or my main credit? Should I contact my bank or Shopee?

Note that the transaction on the madness shows ECIPP, but now description has changed as well. I don't know what's happening. Help please.
