so I'm 22, and my head is constantly surrounded by negative thoughts and i don't feel any energy to get up and socialize, im having hypersomnia and getting irritated by everyone/everything and it's messed up. my partner has started getting mad at me for being sad everyday and i don't have much friends.

So, should i get antidepressants so that i can feel sane and people around me won't get affected much.

And can i get antidepressants without any prescription cuz therapy is expensive??!??
