For context, we’ve only been dating for roughly two weeks but have been friends for several months. My scars are on visible parts of my body (arms, etc) so I can’t hide it forever, but I have been & will continue to cover them up for my own sake.

There isn’t a possibility, as it stands, of them discovering it during sex because we don’t plan on having any (we’re both asexual).

So theres a possibility that I could manage to hide it for a pretty sizable period of time. The question is, should I? Or should I wait until we’ve dated for longer to tell them, if at all? Is it even that big a deal?
