I am trying to fix my smile I am sure it is not only about the teeth i see that my nose widens and tips down when I smile and also these thick lines are and I also get prominent creases where the sides of my nose meet my cheeks and i don’t know if there is anything thing i can do for this and should i go to do botox or surgery or should i go to a dentist i have added a picture with my face in neutral position and when smiling and what i want to achieve in the third image
