Why do some place of Crossbell not accessible in 3d game
I was wondering, why are Residential, Administrative and Downtown district not accessible in Cs3, Cs4 (mostly) and Reverie (for the Résidential district)? Is the a specific reason that they didnt inclued thoses district ?
