Abscess has formed a whitehead. What to do?

UPDATE: So it unironically popped on its own accidentally. I was trying to be gentle but my kid brother jumped one me (playfully). It wasn’t even crazy hard but i guess it was hard enough.

Now that it’s popped it’s just like a small red spot there. Should i do anything precautionary? Is this good or bad?

Hi everyone,
I’m 25F and have an abscessed tooth (#30, lower right molar) that has flared up multiple times. It’s given me problems for YEARS. I was just on antibiotics in February for an infection there that was very painful. I grind my teeth at night which seems to aggravate it, and the tooth also has a decent-sized cavity.

Usually when it flares, I get a bump/swelling on the gum, but today it developed a white head/pus bump (picture attached), which has never happened before.

I already have an extraction scheduled in 30 days, but it’s Saturday so I can’t contact my dentist until Monday.

Right now I don’t have major facial swelling or a fever, mostly just localized pain/pressure and a little queasiness, but that last bit could be from multiple things.

Should this wait until Monday or should I go to urgent care/the ER? What precautions should I take this weekend to keep it from getting worse? Do you think im okay to just wait until my extraction appointment or is a sooner consultation mandatory?
