I just got a first look at my wedding band and something about it is…. Off. Pic 1 is what I asked for, except with emeralds instead of diamonds. Pic 2 is what they made.

First things I notice: there is no texture or shading on my wedding band like there is on the inspiration photo. I cannot tell if that’s the only difference and could be resolved by adding some texture/shading, or if there are other issues I should be addressing. I can’t tell if my wedding band also looks more crowded than the inspiration photo or if that’s just due to the lack of shading.

If you have any insight as to what the differences are, please help 🥺
