My head stays swollen while I’m soft
The issue started when I accidentally pulled my foreskin back during masturbation (I have type 2 phimosis), I was able to finish fine, no blood or pus or anything out of the ordinary. I pulled my foreskin back up and when it got soft I noticed my head was still as if I was hard.
I left it to rest for 24 hours and started to notice it looked like it was turning into a clitoris. I went to A&E and it took 5 hours of squeezing the head for the swelling and foreskin to go back to normal.
It has been 3 days since and every time I get hard it swells up again, there is no pain at all but just feels sensitive and uncomfortable.
Today I got hard but this time my foreskin went behind my head again and it’s similar to the first time but not as bad…
I have not masturbated or anything like that for 4 days. I can’t even shower or wash because it hurts when the water touches it. I do not know what to do as I’m currently on holiday (in the same country just different part) for another 2 weeks and the urologist at A&E did say to ask my GP when I’m back about getting a circumcision.
I do not know if I can take this for another 2 weeks or whether to go to A&E again.
Has anyone been through something similar? If so how did you deal with it?
