Sleep issues and head tension/pressure from thunderclap headache event on ayahuasca retreat

Hi! I am a 41 year old male 5’9 and 108 pounds. Born cesarean section. Never breastfed and raised in New York City. I’ve always been extremely skinny my whole life(unless lifting weights). I think I don’t absorb fats well. I took antibiotics augmentin & Zithromax in my teens. I was in great health until 2015 when I partook in around 2 dozen ayahuasca ceremonies in the course of a year. My issue erupted in between ayahuasca ceremonies when my thoughts veered into a place of extreme fear/paranoia,while simultaneously smokin a strong cigar, and I felt a snap in my head which caused a terrible 5 hour migraine and extreme heat. From then I started waking up in the night, every night, and when I tried lifting weights again to strengthen myself it made the problem worse, and then I started having difficulty fallling asleep as well as nighttime waking. Also from then I started getting food sensitivities and a feeling of air pressure in my head that doesn’t go away. An MRI said my brain was normal but that I had “moderate mucosal disease in the right maxillary sinus. So I got a septoplasty and balloon sinuplasty which has helped somewhat so far. I’d love to solve why I still have the symptoms though which I feel would go away if I was actually getting enough sleep. But I wake up like clockwork in the night several times and it takes a while to fall asleep. Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏🏻 also: I am arranging a sleep study for later this month. I do not wake up with any noticeable breathing issues, so I am assuming it’s not a breathing issue, especially since the headache started the onset, but open to thoughts.
