How often do you see your endo and how often do you get your A1C? My endo used to have me come in every 6 months and did the A1C on site. Now they are sending patients to a lab for just that one test, which means more out of pocket costs AND they have changed their policy regarding visits. I must see them every 3 months. This is not due to uncontrolled diabetes. It is across the board. I'm 30 years in, and manage just fine. It feels like a money grab.
