With the construction and whatnot, how do you get to the parking area? Or if I park on campus, which door do I take to get into the hospital?

I’m a little confused about lounge access for gold. At YYC, you get access to the Elevation Lounge. But for the Plaza Premium Lounge at YYZ, do you get 20% off or do you get free access? One section seems to indicate you get free but when you click on learn more, it says 20%% off.
