Hey good afternoon everyone! I’m typing this at work on my phone so apologies for the format but after my unsuccessful attempt at using Slynd (birth control) I decided to ask you guys because I read that for other fellow autistic and ADHD girls that it was pretty bad. Not only that, but what really helps you guys with this condition when you’re just having an absolutely horrific time? I just want some suggestions because although I’ve seen for sepsrate things, I have both and was wondering what others used.

(I am diagnosed with both!! Just suggestions!!!)
