It’s my very first time going to a convention, and I have a really awesome experience. I’ve only seen one or two Bandori cosplayers, and I unfortunately didn’t see Roselia perform because they only performed on Day 2. However, I was able to check out the Bushiroad Exhibition to see the Bandori stuff, and I think it’s pretty neat to share here.
I've been in the Bandori fandom before AveMyGO!!!!! was even a thing, and I was wondering how AveMyGO!!!!! was able to gain more popularity than the OG 5 bands, Morfonica, and RAS and garner an audience for people who didn't play the game and/or didn't watch the OG Bandori anime. I'm genuinely curious.
What is a piece of media that you were surprised has no or fewer people in the fandom? For me, it's Puppeteer. When I was a kid, I started watching the gameplay of this game and became intrigued with the characters and the story. However, I didn't play the game because I didn't have a PlayStation 3. Years later, I started rewatching gameplays of Puppeteer and was surprised that only a few people knew about this game and that there were only a few pieces of fanart that existed.
