Re-Lactating almost a month

Hey yall I’m new to this whole Reddit thing but a friend of mine suggested it to me to get other moms advice and support. So I’m a FTM and my LO is 3 months, I pumped for the first 3 weeks of his arrival but ultimately stopped because I got overwhelmed and frankly wasn’t educated enough. My birth was also a bit traumatic so I don’t think that helped with anything either. I basically took a 5 week break and now I’ve been trying to get my supply back.

I’ve been doing everything, I’m seeing a lactation consult bi-weekly, on Medications, herbal supplements, drinking body armor, pumping 9-10 times a day, never going more than 4 hours without pumping and even started trying to get baby to latch (huge bottle preference and using a shield). I’ve tried the lactation treats as well and I’m also back to work but I am able to pump at work thanks to my wearables.

I’ve gotten some results but nothing measurable yet and I’m starting to lose faith and hope about it all. I can feel a difference but I’m not seeing what I hoped I would. Does anyone have any advice or think of something I haven’t tried or thought of? Has anyone else gone through relactation successfully? I know my body is capable of it because we did combo feeding for the first 3 weeks and I really want to be able to this for him and me but I’m just losing hope and I don’t want to give up. Please help a FTM out here.
