Hi, just joined this subreddit. :) I’ll admit, I’m a recent subscriber as of a few months ago. The amount of binge watching I’ve done, makes it feel like I’ve been subscribed much longer. One reason I (finally) joined is cause I got curious about people’s answers to this question:
Does anyone else fall asleep to Jack’s “Geography games to fall asleep to” type videos? I’ve only ever played those ones when I’m going to sleep. I can have trouble sleeping, but at times with those on, I find it easier to. They also give my mind something to focus on, especially if my reason for not sleeping is racing thoughts. I know that’s the intended purpose but wasn’t sure if anyone else actually played them for the specific reason of going to sleep.
