I've only seen one youtuber post anything about this so far so there's a chance this could be fake but everything looks legit. Personally I think this is a very niche thing but I could see it being useful if you want feedback only from people that watch your videos or want to make something special for your biggest fans. I'm assuming that this doesn't have an impact on the algorithm like private and unlisted videos.
