I was anemic 2 years ago with ferritin 8 and haemoglobin 118 but never had symptoms. Back in August I had another blood test which was marked normal and so no further action was required cause my ferritin was 13 and haemoglobin 120 even though my blood cells were slightly 'pale' or whatever. They didn't prescribe anything as the results were normal. Anyway it's now October and since my period this month I've woken up with the worst headaches and felt tired a lot, but I don't know if it's actually fatigue so I wanted to ask people with real experiences of fatigue as Google isn't very helpful.
