I'm going to an all-inclusive resort in a few weeks with my partner's entire family. I'd love to be able to have at least one or two drinks while I'm there, but alcohol tends to make my symptoms worse and I've been in a flare for the past week or so. Does anyone have tips to be able to have a drink without making the pain worse?

Does anyone else (particularly people with night seizures) not feel post ictal until way later? I had a seizure in my sleep last night, likely around 1 am based on my watch data. But I didn't start feeling my usual post-ictal fatigue and brain fog until around noon. Anyone else experience this?
