How do I get back on USAAs good side?
TL;DR - was on fmla for a while, exhausted it. Had to use unplanned time off since I've been back. I don't want to get fired.
For those who have been on a PIP for attendance, how long did it take you to get off of it? I've just been having a real rough time outside of work. These 3 absences happened back to back so it's one occurrence but still I don't want to get in any trouble I can't earn my way out of. Any advice?
