Hey, I just wanted to ask if kidney stone attack is not a valid reason to not write the exam? Where the doctor has clearly prescribed for bed rest of 15 days due to severe back pain and abdominal pain?

As when my friend said this to ACCA they said it does not meet the serious illness criteria for withdrawal or refund. So how a student is supposed to travel and write an exam under such circumstances?

Is there any way to persuade them?
