Hi, I have flights booked from Glasgow to Hong Kong via Dubai in July. I was hoping for the refund window to extend but that is now looking unlikely. From what I can see, one of our flights, EK383 is still not scheduled to fly, when I look on my account it’s still showing as scheduled. At what point does this change to cancelled? How soon before the flight do they let know? And if the flight is cancelled, will I get the option to have a refund?
