WW1

WW1

Factions are Allies, Asian Entente, and the Central Powers. I am making the map and battles for each nation, but they are on Mapchart, so I can't publish them here. The lore can be found in r/MapChart with the Humiliation of Asia and British Poona. Many other nations also took place in this war, but they were pretty much just allied or central geezers who wanted to take land from India or China in the east. After the war, Britain tried to get some territory in India, but fierce defenses led to another failure after the Great Martha Rebellion in the 1840s, leaving all hopes of Asian colonization in India to dust. China looses all its territory in the East to Japan. Everything else stays about the same.

British Poona

This is the puppet that was within the Maratha Empire prior to its change into a republic. It was provided with some autonomy, but was taxed heavily. Eventually, The British planned to absorb the puppet, but a set of rebellions led to it becoming a republic and eventually kicking the British out of South Asia through the support of the Sikh Empire and Nepal Kingdom.

The New World 1998 (REPOST DUE TO IMAGE ERROR)

This is the New world in 2000. During the Mexican American war, the USA managed to buy some more land from Mexico and the territories gained after the Spanish American war decided to stay with the USA. Brazil expanded through the entire Amazon, leaving the rest to Peru and the other nations. Argentina won the battle of the Falklands, and even has some authority over Antarctica. Canada took over Greenland when Nazi Germany took Denmark, and was eventually gifted to the nation by Denmark after the war ended in 1955. The USA eventually annexed Venezuela, but plans to give it independence after a few years.

This is the information about China during its rule by a semi-anarchist Boxer government after the Qing government was deposed of. They kept most f the policies of the Qing dynasty, but they did not govern China effectively. Since it was not a very good governing system, the ROC was formed from the remain sectors of government and tried its best at getting back it lost territory from Japan through Indian and Allied support soon after in WW2

Unfortunate end for many empires occurred here. As the Maratha Republic, Kingdom of Nepal, and Sikh Empire form the Akhand Bharat Economic Group, the Qing Dynasty finds itself in a bit of trouble. The emperor has been deposed by a second Boxer Rebellion, creating a new republic of sorts that still functions like an empire. Tibet breaks off from this, but China is too poor to bring it back. In Japan, the Meiji Restoration brings great amounts of development, which leas to them expanding into eastern China. China makes another alliance in the midst of war, the Asian Liberation Entree, which aims to defeat Japan and get rid of any foreign access to Asia. The Indian kingdoms and Republics join, but they face staggering defeats n Punjab, ending to the end of the Sikh empire in 1911. Nepal and the Marathas desperately try to take back territory from Afghanistan (funded by the British Asian Committee and Japan), but can only take some parts of Punjab and west of that. They rule a ceasefire, and continue funding China's attempt to bring itself back to its feet, but Japan has taken a lot of the industrial hub. Although no surrender was done, it is seen as a humiliation of China and the Indian Subcontinent.

The First Liberation Attempt of India (Part 1)

In the year 1773, the Kingdom of Nepal begins to set up some modest foundries and factories. It reaches the same industrial level as the Maratha and Sikh empires and begins to expand westward and eastward. It gets through some tussles with the British puppet state of Bengal and invades it. The Nwab immediately asks the EIC for additional support. The EIC faces off with many clashes with Nepal and ultimately wins, but the cost was too much, so they focus on other parts of India. Nepal then tries to make a tripartite with the Sikh and Maratha empires, and the Marathas agree to join in with Nepal. The Sikhs on the other hand gave the information to the British, before they collapsed and fell to British rule a few years later. The British then fight majorly successful battles against the Marathas, and eventually set up a puppet government in Sanatra. Nepal is also defeated in man battles, but only had to cede Uttarkhand and Himanchal Pradesh. Through this time, Nepal began to strengthen its military and began plans for a great invasion and liberation of the Maratha empire while getting to annex parts of Punjab and Bengal as well. It then began to collaborate with Bhutan and the newly independent Tibet(broke off from Qing through a series of rebellions in 1809) by aiding them in getting more capable foundries and factories. In exchange for this, they agree to give Nepal some additional manpower. In the south, Maratha resistance groups are being funded by Nepal to go against the puppet government. Eventually, Nepal launches an invasion of Bengal for the second time, and successful maintains a force there to combat Britain. The British Raj also faces massive losses against Nepal in Uttarkhand and Himanchal Pradesh, successfully bring those territories back under Nepalese rule. The British and Maratha Puppet government send out attacks to the south side of Nepal, and Nepal retains a defensive position, awaiting Bhutanese and Tibetan troops to arrive for a full countermeasure.
