I have an offer from another company and I'm torn. My current job is fully remote which is a big plus since traffic in my city is brutal and I'm a bit of a homebody, but the work isn't mentally stimulating and isn't really in my field. The new offer comes with slightly better pay and is exactly in my field at one of the biggest companies in it, with real growth potential, certifications, and training abroad, but I'd have to come into the office most of the time and it can get stressful.

So basically comfort vs. growth. What does the chart say?
